Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience working in Salesforce, including generating reports (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows and assign to Project Directors.
• Update platforms and dashboards with program timelines and data.
• Prepare job files and paperwork using Salesforce.
• Reconcile billing reports and assist with invoicing as needed.
• Serve as main point of contact for status updates during production meetings.
