Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, within-budget results and high-quality standards.

You will partner with store leadership to supervise hourly teams and manage escalations. This role requires frequent travel across the US and offers opportunities for career growth within Walmart's culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across assigned stores.
• Coordinate with store leads to supervise hourly teams and handle escalations.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time and within budget.
