Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Sr Project Specialist-Controls in Houston to join the Engineering & Construction Project Controls team. You will consolidate project estimates, build milestone schedules, assess escalation, and prepare program packages for economic review.

On active execution, you will support planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting across the project lifecycle. You will lead sessions to develop risk registers, run analyses for cost certainty, and coordinate with

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Commercial team on capital opportunities.
• Develop summary schedules, cost estimates, and risk overviews for funding packages.
• Lead risk registers and Monte Carlo analysis for cost certainty.
• Develop and maintain program and project schedules with cross-functional input.
• Support contract management and reporting of contractor progress.
• Provide cost management support and variance analysis.
• Update risk registers and track major milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
