Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management.
• Experience using Primavera.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office and construction terminology.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the project controls execution plan.
• Management of budgets, schedules, and change tracking for projects.
• Provide timely, accurate schedule, cost, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting to manage cash flow and revenue recognition.
• Risk assessment and reporting throughout all project phases.
