Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist in Houston to oversee scheduling, cost management, and progress measurement across large EPC programs. You will guide project teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring adherence to plans and timelines while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading the project controls team, developing/maintaining schedules, evaluating forecasts, and supporting change management. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, finance, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in project controls or project management, preferably in building construction, healthcare, or EPC.
• Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.
• Familiarity reading drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in common business tools such as P6 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project controls team on large and complex EPC projects.
• Oversees scheduling, cost management, change management, and risk management.
• Provides technical guidance for decisions by key stakeholders.
• Supports development of constructability processes across engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction.
• Interacts with Operations and represents the Company to owners and subcontractors.
• Implements project controls and schedules, and leads PM/Controls systems setup.
• Attends meetings on cost, progress, schedule, and contract matters.
• Supports development of WBS and project close-out reports.
• Travels 5–10% to job sites or office locations.
