Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Houston. You will serve as the project team's subject-matter expert in planning and scheduling, cost management, change management, reporting and analysis, partnering with project teams to solve problems using best practices.

Responsibilities include developing the project controls plan, implementing controls systems, managing OBS/WBS/CBS, and owning monthly budget, schedule, and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management in the commercial construction market.
• Experience using Primavera.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project controls execution plan.
• Implement the Project Management and Controls System and project initiation process.
• Implement the project OBS, WBS, and CBS in the required financial and progress systems.
• Understand and follow the company's Project Controls procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
• Support cost and schedule management and reporting.
• Own monthly budget, schedule, change management tracking, and project risk reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Accounting to manage cash flow and revenue recognition.
• Assist change management efforts and build cost estimates for change verification.
• Provide timely and accurate Schedule, Cost and Progress data and analysis.
