Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across various locations in the U.S. You will develop schedule and cost baselines, analyze variances, and assist in root cause analysis while ensuring risk reserves are integrated into forecasts.

You will collaborate with project teams, provide guidance, and support financial controls, reporting, and compliance with safety protocols. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports for projects and programs.
• Documents changes and assesses impact on cost/schedule baselines.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
