CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across the U.S. You will develop and maintain cost and schedule baselines, collect monthly data, and perform variance analysis to support forecasts and decision making.

You will prepare earned value reports, monitor risk reserves, and collaborate with project teams and management. Domestic and international travel may be required; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule forecasting.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EcoSys; ability to manage complex schedules and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs and updates requirements.
• Monitors progress and productivity; analyzes variances and forecasts outcomes.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports; informs project management on delivery status and profitability.
• Maintains integrated critical path schedules for major projects or portfolios.
