Qualifications

• BS/BA required in CM, Engineering, PM, Accounting or Business Admin.
• Advanced degree or AACE cert preferred; 12 years total experience possible in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years in project planning/scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Establish project controls governance for large, complex projects.
• Develop WBS and project control hierarchy in Primavera with scheduling, resources, milestones.
• Support monthly accruals process with Project Accounting.
• Create and maintain project cost and schedule baselines with PMs and controls staff.
• Publish periodic status reports with earned value, schedule performance, and forecasts.
• Identify and manage potential changes to the baseline; obtain approvals as needed.
• Mentor junior staff within the project controls group.
