Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join the Project Controls team. This role can sit in Texas, Utah, Tennessee, or Nevada and focuses on cost controls, scheduling, and PMIS implementations. Expect involvement with EVM, forecasts, vendor workflows, and Power BI reporting.

The position emphasizes data-driven updates and close coordination with project teams, with a salary range of $130,000-$159,000 per year and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of cost controls and scheduling on large-scale capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of EVM, cost forecasting, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain program/project schedules; monitor schedules and identify issues.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows; support EVM tracking.
• Track and control project costs including change management and accruals.
• Monitor schedule performance, critical path changes, and float; coordinate with contractors.
• Administer PMIS platforms (e-Builder, Procore, Autodesk Cloud); track reimbursement and invoice processing.
• Produce regular cost and schedule progress reports and feed data into Power BI dashboards.
• Support integration of cost and schedule data with Power BI reporting tools.
• Support vendor selection, contractor progress tracking, change order management, and close-out reporting.
