Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs and updates requirements.
• Monitors progress of deliverables and actual expenditures versus forecasts.
• Performs Earned Value Management and prepares non-routine financial reports.
• Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff and may supervise junior engineers.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and federal/government regulations.
• Communicates cost status and trends to project managers and stakeholders.
