Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist III for a hybrid role covering OH, PA, DE, MD, VA, and FL. You will manage cost, schedule and risk analyses, develop forecast ranges, and lead improvements in the controls function.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5–8 years of project controls experience, and advanced Primavera P6 skills, with PMI-SP/PSP/EVP/CCP/PMP certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of project controls or related experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Experience with forecast development and schedule/cost risk analyses.
• Certification such as PMI-SP/PSP/EVP/CCP/PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate project cost forecasts and estimate-at-completion projections.
• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project controls systems; schedule analyses and recovery.
• Conduct schedule and cost risk analyses; develop risk-adjusted forecasts (P50/P70/P90).
• Mentor junior specialists and drive continuous improvement within project controls.
