Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Lead Project Controls Specialist to join our enterprise team in a hybrid role serving OH, PA, DE, MD, VA, and FL. You will establish cost, schedule, and risk controls standards, mentor staff, and support capital programs with advanced forecasting and Monte Carlo analysis.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project controls, a relevant bachelor's degree, expert Primavera P6 skills, and a track record of leading major projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project controls or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Experience with Monte Carlo analyses and risk forecasting.
• Experience supporting large complex capital projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost forecasting standards and executive reporting practices.
• Lead portfolio-level cost forecasting reviews and forecast challenges.
• Review and challenge project forecasts, assumptions, recovery plans, and contingencies.
• Establish enterprise schedule development and critical path analysis standards.
• Lead portfolio schedule reviews and schedule quality assessments.
• Develop risk-adjusted forecasting methodologies and Monte Carlo outputs.
• Support governance bodies and mentor project controls staff.
