Job summary
Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist III to lead cost, schedule, and risk controls on complex capital projects. You will develop and validate cost forecasts, monitor contingency usage, and present performance and forecast updates to leadership.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5–8 years of project controls experience, advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, and experience with Monte Carlo risk analyses and risk-adjusted
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 5–8 years of project controls or related experience.
- Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
- Experience with Monte Carlo schedule/cost risk analyses.
- Ability to develop risk-adjusted forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate project cost forecasts and estimate-at-completion projections.
- Monitor contingency utilization and advise management on actions.
- Perform advanced cost variance analysis and risk analysis.
- Lead development and maintenance of integrated project controls systems.
- Conduct schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule recovery assessments.
- Present performance and forecast updates to project leadership.
