Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a Lead Project Control Specialist to drive cost, schedule, and risk control standards. Hybrid role covering OH, PA, DE, MD, VA, and FL, with experience in large capital programs and energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities include leading forecasting, risk analysis, and governance, mentoring project controls staff, and supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of project controls or related experience.
• Experience with risk analysis and Monte Carlo forecasting.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 proficiency and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cost controls, schedule controls, or risk/forecasting controls for major capital programs.
• Establish enterprise standards for cost forecasting, schedule development, and risk-adjusted forecasting.
• Mentor and develop Project Controls Specialists at all levels.
• Provide governance frameworks and support executive leadership and capital governance boards.
