Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a Project Control Specialist III to join our team in a hybrid role serving OH, PA, DE, MD, VA, and FL. You will develop cost forecasts, monitor variances, and lead risk analyses across multi-project portfolios.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5–8 years of project controls experience, and advanced Primavera P6 proficiency. PMI certifications and strong schedule analytics are highly valued as we drive continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of project controls or related experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Experience developing risk-adjusted forecasts and Monte Carlo analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate project cost forecasts and estimate-at-completion projections.
• Monitor contingency utilization and recommend actions based on cost performance.
• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project controls systems.
• Perform advanced schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule quality assessments.
• Develop risk-adjusted project forecasts and facilitate risk workshops.
