WSP Global Inc. in the United States seeks a Project Controls Specialist to join the Project Controls team. This role can sit in Texas, Utah, Tennessee, or Nevada and focuses on building and maintaining schedules, tracking costs, and supporting EVM reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cost controls and scheduling for large capital projects, with PMIS and Power BI experience to deliver accurate dashboards and reports for the PMO and Program Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 7+ years of cost controls and scheduling on large-scale capital projects.
• Strong working knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management practices.
• Experience with PMIS platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data reporting concepts to collaborate with BI teams.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain program/project schedules; monitor contractor and consultant schedules; identify cost/schedule issues and propose resolutions.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and financial projections; support EVM tracking/reporting.
• Track and control project costs, including change management, cost coding, commitments, and accruals.
• Monitor schedule performance, critical path changes and float; coordinate with contractors/consultants to resolve variances.
• Administer PMIS platforms and track acquisition packages for reimbursement and invoice processing.
• Produce regular cost and schedule progress reports for the Program Manager and PMO; ensure data feeding into Power BI dashboards is accurate.
• Support integration of cost and schedule data with Power BI reporting tools; coordinate with BI staff to ensure dashboards reflect current data.
• Support vendor selection, contractor progress tracking, change order management, and project close-out reporting.
