Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Analyzes schedule and cost data, identifies variances, and performs root cause analysis.
• Generates earned value reports and communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and federal/government regulations.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
