Job summary

Arizona Public Service Company is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler / Senior Scheduler to develop and manage complex, baseline-driven schedules across Generation capital projects. You will integrate milestones for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, outages and in-service dates, acting as a key partner to project managers and leadership for schedule risk insights and forecasting.

• Advanced scheduling principles and baseline management.
• Experience with scheduling in Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Experience supporting utility or industrial capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of complex, baseline-driven schedules in Primavera P6.
• Perform advanced schedule analyses and identify risks and recovery options.
• Produce weekly progress reports, look-aheads and dashboards.
• Partner with PMs and stakeholders to update and align schedules.
• Establish standards and mentor schedulers.
