Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) seeks a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for Transmission & Distribution projects, including substations and transmission lines. You will work with PMs, engineers, and construction leads to keep schedules accurate, identify risks, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities include updating progress, creating WBS, tying cost and schedule data, and delivering regular reports and narratives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus two (2) years scheduling and/or project controls experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 across T&D projects.
• Partners with PMs, engineers and procurement to capture schedule impacts and update accordingly.
• Produces weekly progress reports, look-ahead schedules and monthly schedule narratives.
• Runs critical path, total float and logic analyses; identifies risks and proposes actions.
• Applies scheduling standards and templates; gains proficiency with cost and estimating platforms and reporting tools.
