Job summary

Portland General Electric is hiring a Project Controls Scheduler to support a multi-project capital program in Oregon. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed schedules in Primavera P6, analyzing critical paths, and providing timely reporting to project teams and leaders.

Associate (P2) or Senior (P3) level, based on experience. Requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years (P2) or 5+ years (P3) of scheduling experience, with Primavera P6 foundations and related credentials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, quantity surveying, project management, engineering or related field.
2+ years scheduling experience for a regulated utility or large engineering/ construction firm (P2) or 5+ years (P3).
Primavera P6 Foundations, AACE CST and PMI-CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains milestone and detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
Monitor progress, analyze critical path, and report schedule status to stakeholders.
Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering and PMO on schedule inputs and changes.
Prepare KPI reports and schedule-related documentation for governance meetings.
Ensure schedule data integrity and communicate risks and issues clearly.
