United Grid Solutions in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Project Controls Specialist (Maintenance) to support engineers, project managers, and construction managers across energy projects, including wind, solar, energy storage, and transmission lines. You will create and maintain schedules in Primavera P6, prepare monthly project reports, ensure accurate capital postings, and contribute to recovery plans.

Bachelor's degree required.
0–3 years' experience in the utility industry.
Proven scheduling, management and technical skills to develop accurate schedules.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and progress project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline schedule to progress (CPM, resource loading, cost loading).
Ensure accurate accounting and capital postings for reporting and budgets.
Prepare and present executive reports and mitigation plans based on critical path analysis.
Provide scheduling support for all projects and coordinate priorities across teams.
