Job summary

Portland General Electric Company in Portland, OR is seeking an Associate/Senior Project Controls Scheduler to support a multi-project capital program. You will develop, maintain and analyze detailed schedules in Primavera P6, validate logic, identify the critical path, and provide clear reporting to enable informed leadership decisions.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations and field teams to keep schedules accurate,

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls and scheduling for complex projects.
• Ability to collaborate across PMO, engineering, construction and operations.
• Strong communication of schedule risks and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains milestone (Level 1) project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitors progress, performs critical path and what-if analyses.
• Maintains monthly schedule status reports and baseline/change records.
• Gathers updates from engineering/field personnel and reports to PMO.
• Ensures schedules reflect scope, dependencies and regulatory requirements.
