Sedron Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management for capital projects in a flexible US-based role. The role requires 8+ years in project controls, with 3+ years in management, and PMP/PSP certification preferred.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost tools is essential. Remote options in the US are available, with travel up to 25% and compensation in the $120,000–$175,000 range.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project controls for capital projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• PMP/PSP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project and cost management tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate project management tools.
• Establish and manage project budgets; analyze financial performance and prepare reports.
• Prepare forecasts of costs, timelines, and resource needs using historical data.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement and manage change control processes; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Generate project performance reports including earned value analysis and KPIs; provide insights.
• Lead and mentor the project controls team; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Present project control findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project controls processes; implement best practices.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and meet deadlines.
