Job summary

Sedron Technologies, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of controls for capital projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards while partnering with project teams and senior management.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls, PMP/PSP preferred, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will mentor a controls team, manage change control, and deliver regular earned value reports

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project controls for capital projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• PMI PMP or PSP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; cost management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate PM tools and define scope and deliverables.
• Establish and manage budgets; analyze financial performance and report budget status.
• Prepare accurate forecasts of costs, timelines and resource needs with data-driven planning.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor through the project lifecycle.
• Lead change control processes and communicate changes to stakeholders.
