Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 7 years direct project controls experience.
• Experience with critical path scheduling, project cost management, estimating and document control required.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of schedules, cost, cash flow and forecasts for multiple projects.
• Manage reporting data warehouse for program controls reporting.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate the project controls team.
• Develop and implement project execution plans.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams on control activities.
• Oversee cost control, change management, and earned value reporting.
• Lead risk management and project forensic analysis as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
