Job summary

Holder Construction in Culpepper, VA is seeking an Engineer to join the Project Controls team for a full-time, in-person role on our project. You will collect and analyze changes from subcontractors, craft tactful resolutions, ensure timely responses, and assist with MEP billing and owner requirements.

• Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from subcontractors.
• Analyze data to provide tactful methods of issue resolution.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Understand and comply with owner requirements for receipt and submission of information.
• Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing.
• Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes.
• Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues.
• Approach internal and external conflict with logic and maintain a calm, professional attitude.
