Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 13+ years of experience with at least 2 years in management, and advanced project controls skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred.
• Thirteen or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the department/practice area.
• Advanced project controls skills and expert client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.
• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
