E-INFOSOL LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for diverse projects. This full-time role focuses on financial planning, reporting, and process improvements to optimize profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate will manage planning, tracking, ETCs/EACs, and cost performance, interfacing with executives and PMs, and ensuring accurate financial deliverables across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Business Finance or a related field of study.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project controls or planning.
• Strong knowledge of project control methodologies, cost engineering, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Deltek CostPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project control functions including planning, tracking, analysis and reporting across the project life cycle.
• Interface with executives, PMs, Contracts, Billing, Finance and HR.
• Assist in project setup and onboarding into Deltek CostPoint.
• Develop ETCs and EACs, review current financial status and future performance.
• Produce financial deliverables for internal and external use.
• Monitor expenditures, burn rates, and forecast future trends.
