Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Austin, TX. This full-time, in-person role partners with Project Management and Regional Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

You will lead kickoff, tracking, cost/schedule loading, change control, billing, forecasting, and closeout for large construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction teams; managing risk and progress metrics; and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project controls experience on commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob or similar costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with project teams and management to prepare reports and presentations.
• Identify design/scope changes and schedule slippages and mitigate impacts.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction on scope and safety standards.
• Oversee project baseline processes for cost and schedule and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Ensure company processes and best practices are followed on the project.
• Establish risk management and track potential cost/schedule impacts.
• Ensure accurate progress reporting and maintain master schedule alignment.
