Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Lead to implement, train, and audit all project controls functions on large construction projects. You will partner with Project Management and Regional Operations to keep projects on time and on budget, leading kickoff, tracking, cost loading, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project controls experience in commercial/industrial construction (electrical experience preferred).
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement, train, and audit all project controls functions on large construction projects.
• Partner with Project Management and Regional Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead project kickoff, project tracking, productivity monitoring, and cost loading schedules.
• Manage contract changes, project billing, forecasting, and closeout.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction to ensure adherence to standards.
