Job summary

Loenbro in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control on large construction projects across Austin and South Texas. You will implement and audit project controls, train teams, and partner with Project Management and Regional Operations to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Role requires hands-on experience with P6, HCSS HeavyJob, Viewpoint, and HeavyBid, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project controls experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob or similar.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM and operations to deliver on time and budget.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project progress.
• Identify changes and schedule slippages and mitigate impacts.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts and construction teams.
• Oversee baseline cost/schedule/progress and ensure process adherence.
• Establish risk management and track project risks.
• Develop progress measurement and schedule development processes.
• Submit reports per project reporting schedule.
