Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is hiring a Project Controls Manager to implement, train, and audit project controls on major construction projects. You will work with Project Management and Regional Operations to keep projects on time and on budget, handling kickoff, tracking, productivity, and cost-loaded schedules, contracts, change control, billing, forecasting, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project controls experience on commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls for large construction projects, partnering with Project Management and Regional Operations.
• Manage cost and schedule tracking, change orders, forecasting, and project closeout.
• Lead risk management including identification, mitigation, and tracking of potential risks.
• Ensure accurate progress reporting and alignment with the master schedule.
