Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Controls Manager to implement, train, and audit project controls on large construction projects in close partnership with Project Management and Regional Operations. This role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client-facing reporting.

The position focuses on kickoff, tracking, cost loading, change management, forecasting, billing and closeout, with emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to company processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project controls experience on commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Electrical experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Project Management and leadership; prepare reports and presentations for the project.
• Identify design, scope, and schedule changes and communicate impacts with mitigations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts and construction on scope and safety/quality adherence.
• Oversee baseline cost, schedule, and progress; ensure processes are followed.
• Establish risk management, track potential risks, and assess cost/schedule impacts.
• Develop progress measurement and reporting aligned with the master schedule.
• Manage schedule development and updates to align with the master schedule.
• Ensure timely project reporting per approved schedule.
