Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Manager for our Dallas, TX project portfolio. The role focuses on implementing, training, and auditing project controls on large construction programs, partnering with Project Management and Regional Operations to keep scope, cost, and schedule aligned.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing change control, and driving accurate progress measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project controls experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Electrical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management and Regional Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client-facing and internal reporting.
• Identify design, scope, and schedule changes; quantify impacts and propose mitigations.
• Maintain baseline cost/schedule progress and ensure adherence to company standards.
