Tallgrass seeks a Project Controls Manager in Houston to lead project controls teams across multiple projects. You will drive development, implementation and continuous improvement of controls systems, focusing on schedule integrity, cost control, and earned value management.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project controls with strong leadership, communication and contract management skills, and a solid background in MS Project and Primavera.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant experience in project controls, cost controls, scheduling, and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and direct project controls teams on assigned projects.
• Lead, train and mentor project controls professionals for skills development.
• Develop, improve and implement project controls systems and processes.
• Create and manage robust project controls for schedule and budget commitments.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures for project execution and monitoring.
• Support revenue recognition through progress and earned value management.
• Set up and maintain project schedules and cost control from initiation to close out.
• Collect data for cost control reports and schedule updates.
• Analyze, forecast and report progress against baselines.
• Monitor budgets and facilitate change management processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve project performance and communication.
• Review and code contracts, reporting structures, and invoices.
• Ensure data integrity in project coding, budget allocation, A/R & A/P activities.
• Manage invoicing in alignment with contracts.
• Build relationships with Project Managers and team members.
• Perform QA/QC on deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement for cost and schedule predictability.
