Job summary

Eversource Energy in the Northeast seeks a Lead Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling to guide the transmission project controls team. You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and report performance for capital programs across Transmission and Engineering.

The role demands extensive Primavera P6 expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with Engineering, Procurement and Legal to ensure on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and risk management. Hybrid work is possible.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience including five years supervising and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Oracle Primavera P6 advanced user; scheduling and project controls expertise.
• Experience in Transmission/Distribution planning and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a dynamic team to meet department goals and company objectives.
• Develops and maintains accurate schedules; tracks performance and risk.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Procurement, and legal to manage cross‑functional project controls.
• Ensures schedules are aligned with baselines, budgets, and contract requirements.
