Kiewit Nuclear Solutions seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, risk, and EVM activities for a major nuclear EPC program. You will guide a multidisciplinary team across offices and sites and partner with project leadership to protect objectives.

Based in Knoxville, this role requires travel to active projects and a strong track record in large industrial projects, with expertise in Primavera P6, CPM, and data-driven performance management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years project controls experience, incl. 5+ years leading project controls teams on large EPC/EPCM or capital projects.
• Experience managing integrated cost, schedule, forecasting, change management, risk, progress measurement, and reporting functions.
• Strong understanding of EPC delivery incl. engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Demonstrated EVM/EVMS experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project controls software.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder mgmt, and exec comms.
• Experience in large industrial/energy/infrastructure projects.
• US Citizenship required for clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated project controls for a large nuclear EPC project from baseline to turnover.
• Drive forecast accuracy, early trend identification, and data-driven insights.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, and change controls and report performance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of cost engineers, schedulers, and planners.
• Collaborate with PM, commercial, engineering, procurement, and clients to protect objectives.
