Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager/Integrated Delivery Manager to lead the development, governance, and execution of all project controls and estimating for large-scale nuclear EPC programs. You will drive digital delivery, data management, and executive reporting across the organization.

The role requires 15+ years in project controls leadership on $1B+ EPC projects, with expertise in EVMS, change control, risk analysis, and integrated cost/schedule/risk

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project controls leadership on large-scale ($1B+) EPC power projects (ideally nuclear)
• Experience with EPC project execution in pre-construction and construction phases
• Proficiency with EVMS and performance measurement systems
• Strong change control, cost forecasting, and risk analysis capabilities
• Integrated cost/schedule/risk systems knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project controls plans, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee integrated cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance management systems.
• Direct estimating, baseline development, cost forecasting, and contingency management activities.
• Lead development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules, critical path analyses, and integrated master schedules.
• Establish and manage change management processes, ensuring accurate evaluation and documentation of impacts.
• Develop executive reporting, KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analytics.
• Drive implementation of digital project delivery strategies and data management systems.
• Ensure alignment of project controls practices across joint venture partners and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project controls professionals while fostering safety and continuous improvement.
