Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager/Integrated Delivery Manager to lead the development, implementation, and governance of project controls and estimating across major nuclear EPC projects. You will drive data-driven controls, risk, change, and digital delivery strategies to support Stage Gate progress.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project controls leadership on large-scale EPC power projects.
• Experience with EPC project execution in pre-construction and construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of EVMS and AACE estimating standards and classifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of project controls plans, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee integrated cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance management systems.
• Direct estimating, baseline development, cost forecasting, and contingency management activities.
• Develop executive reporting, KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analytics.
