Austin Commercial is seeking a Project Controls Manager for our Houston, TX Division. This on-site leadership role focuses on managing change orders, cost reporting, procurement, and document control to support large-scale commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in project management within Austin Commercial, strong knowledge of CMiC and Egnyte, and the ability to coordinate with teams across the country. Travel to job sites as needed is required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in project management at Austin Commercial.
• Familiarity with TQM, CMiC and Egnyte.
• Strong project controls background.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with project teams across the country.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project controls activities on assigned projects.
• Manage change order, QA, insurance and procurement.
• Develop project cost reporting and monthly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Austin corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with owner and subcontractors.
