Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to lead a major, multi-year portfolio across the U.S. This role drives cost, schedule, risk, and reporting governance while guiding executive decisions on portfolio priorities.

You will oversee a geographically distributed team, align stakeholders, and continuously improve standards and automation solutions. Requires 8+ years in related fields and a bachelor’s degree; flexible hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent training and experience.
• 8+ years in construction, project management, or project controls at a senior level.
• Experience leading a geographically distributed team of employees and contingent resources.
• Knowledge of cost, scheduling, forecasting, risk, change control, governance, and reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to advise executives; professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls function for a major, multi-year portfolio with governance and performance oversight.
• Set portfolio requirements for cost, scheduling, forecasting, risk, and reporting across the lifecycle.
• Develop strategic recommendations to guide executive decisions on priorities and resources.
• Govern and improve Project Controls standards, systems, and data quality.
• Lead a distributed organization through supervisors and team leads, managing staffing and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and improve portfolio outcomes.

Education
