Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Supervisor Construction to lead the Construction team for a US portfolio of projects. The role oversees field construction activities, budget delivery, and regulatory compliance across facilities and pipelines.

You will collaborate with Project Development to finalize scope, cost estimates, and schedules with internal partners and contractors. The position requires a related degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in pipeline/facilities, and the ability to travel up to 40%

Qualifications

• Hold a related bachelor's degree, college diploma, journey person certification, and/or a combination of related construction or operational training and/or experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years progressively responsible working experience in the pipeline and/or facilities industry.
• Must have exposure to Engineering, Construction and Field operations including knowledge of excavation, welding, hoisting and equipment.
• Familiar with industry codes, regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Effective leadership skills which include cultivating a collaborative, hard-working team-focused approach and inspire change in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Role requires a valid driver's license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire and the legal ability to cross the US and Canadian border.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction team and be accountable for all field construction activities and outcomes.
• Plans, organizes, and directs Construction Teams to deliver projects within the approved budgets, specified deadlines and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the Project Development team by contributing to the formation of construction scope, cost estimates, spend profiles, and detailed schedules.
• Engage with Project Controls, Supply Chain Management and other internal partners and manage the relationship with the Contracted Service Providers.
