Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to lead the Project Controls function for a major, multi-year portfolio. You will establish governance, drive performance, and lead a geographically distributed team, delivering technically and commercially sound recommendations to executive decisions.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of leadership in project controls, with travel across the US and Canada to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, finance or related field.
• 8+ years in construction, project controls, or portfolio leadership.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Controls for a major multi-year portfolio with governance and performance.
• Set cost, scheduling, forecasting, risk, change control, and reporting requirements.
• Develop strategic recommendations guiding executive decisions on priorities and resources.
• Govern and improve Project Controls standards, systems, data quality and automation.
• Lead a distributed organization through supervisors and resource planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize portfolio outcomes.
