Enbridge is seeking a Manager, Major Projects to lead planning and execution of complex energy infrastructure projects across the life cycle. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to deliver on business priorities and regulatory needs.

You will coach teams, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance standards across US/Canada operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction, operations, or project management for energy projects.
• 10+ years in engineering/construction/planning/scheduling/cost control with progressive managerial responsibility (13+ years if no degree).
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, coaching, conflict-resolution and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership by translating objectives into project priorities across internal teams, partners, contractors, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams responsible for engineering, procurement, permitting, rights-of-way, construction, commissioning, project controls, and overall execution.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk to ensure delivery of complex capital projects.
• Direct development of project strategies, cost estimates, execution plans, resources, and innovative solutions aligned with priorities.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, health, safety, legal and quality requirements are met while maintaining relationships with industry and government bodies.
