Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management processes.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights for margin, cash flow, and risk.
• Lead modernization of platforms, data, and workflows with AI-enabled forecasting.
• Establish scalable document controls and records management.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and delivery teams to improve project outcomes.
• Develop talent and build a high-performing enterprise controls team.
