Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Experience leading project controls for large, complex portfolios.
• Ability to manage design-build / integrated delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy and governance.
• Establish design-build and alternative delivery approaches.
• Strengthen cost, schedule, and commercial controls.
• Develop portfolio performance metrics and dashboards.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled forecasting initiatives.
• Set up document controls standards across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with executives and delivery teams to improve profitability.
• Develop talent and build high-performing teams.
