Cumming Group in the United States is hiring a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our cost management team and support large-scale data center projects. You will drive project controls across planning, funding, cost, and governance to ensure successful delivery and value creation.

Based in the Northeast with opportunities to grow your skills in ERP, BI reporting, and schedule control, you will collaborate with multiple teams and client stakeholders to optimize performance and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• Preferred Certifications: MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma.
• Experience on large-scale data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls including capital planning, governance, front end planning, funding, and cost management.
• Support portfolios, programs, and project delivery across life cycles.
• Develop client capital plans with cashflow and accrual information.
• Coordinate Front-end Planning assessments to ensure funding readiness.
• Consolidate information for funding requests and provide authoritative reports.
• Set up project systems and coding with input from stakeholders.
• Collaborate to improve governance and information flow for efficient execution.
• Support procure-to-pay processes and risk mitigation planning.
• Review schedules and progress to influence project outcomes.
• Lead cost management across multi-phase structures; contribute to process improvements.
