Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for our Northeast team to oversee cost management and controls on a large-scale data center project. You will lead capital planning, budgeting, scheduling, and governance, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project controls, a related bachelor's degree, and certifications such as PMP or MRICS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• Experience on large-scale data center projects preferred.
• MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Strong cost management and project close-out knowledge.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Experience with Procore or ACC Build and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning and governance for programs and portfolios.
• Manage front-end planning, funding, and project setup.
• Set up project systems and coding with clients and inputs.
• Provide reports and dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
• Support procure-to-pay and cost management activities.
• Ensure successful project close-out and financial reporting.
