Job summary

Cumming Group is hiring a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our cost management and estimating team on a large-scale data center project in the Northeast. You will oversee project controls, budgeting, and cashflow, delivering value through rigorous cost management and schedule control.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and experience with ERP systems and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in project controls or related roles.
• Experience leading cost control and scheduling for large-scale projects, preferably data centers.
• MRICS / CPE / CEP / PMP or Six Sigma are desirable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls services including budgeting, cashflow, accruals, and cost management.
• Support governance, funding, and schedule control across project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize cost performance and reporting.
